Our people are vitally important to our success. Being a more diverse, inclusive and equitable Group will allow us to recruit, support, retain and engage the best talent. Proactively engaging, educating and empowering our colleagues is a key part of our DEI strategy. This week, we celebrated Pride across the Group with a webinar on allyship - an important skill for everyone and a key building block of inclusion. This was followed by a brilliant and educational quiz hosted by #QueerzNight. Congratulations to winner, Jashank Vyas and thank you to everyone across the Group that took part!

Happy Thursday! I hope you are continuing to enjoy the week. Reflecting on my journey, I am passionate about inclusion because I wouldn’t be where I am without it. Being able to include others as an HR professional and to be included is my greatest joy. When we focus on inclusion, we foster an approach to one another. By embracing individual strengths, knowledge, skills, and abilities; we contribute to overall collective performance outcomes.
