How to roast pumpkin seeds: 🎃Rinse seeds with water. 🎃Toss the seeds in melted butter or oil and a little salt 🎃Spread the seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet. 🎃Roast in a 300-degree oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown. 🎃Store the roasted seeds in an airtight container. They can be kept at room temperature for up to two weeks or in the refrigerator for up to two months.

Seasoned, wild-caught, Texas gulf shrimp, sautéed in béarnaise butter with tomato concassé, flambéed with cognac. This dish worked fairly well for the first go-round. Sun-Kissed Crostini 20 min | 30 servings | 0.32 CA/0.27 US per serving 1 baguette 3 tbsp + 1 tsp olive oil, divided 1 cup ricotta 1 tbsp Epicure Sun-Kissed Tomato Dip Mix or Epicure Bruschetta Seasoning 1 pint cherry tomatoes 1 tsp balsamic vinegar Sea salt and black pepper, to taste Toppings (optional): balsamic reduction Preheat oven to 400° F. Line Sheet Pan with Sheet Pan Liner. 1. Thinly slice baguette. Arrange slices on pan. Brush tops of slices with 1½ tbsp olive oil. Bake 4–5 min. Remove from oven and flip baguette slices over. Brush with another 1 ½ tbsp oil and bake for an additional 4–5 min, until crispy. 2. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine ricotta with dip mix. 3. Slice cherry tomatoes into quarters and place in another medium bowl; toss with remaining 1 tsp olive oil and balsamic vinegar. 4. Spread ricotta over baguette slices. Top with cherry tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Rosemary is an evergreen shrub with woody stems. It can grow up to 2 meters tall and has needle-like leaves often used in cooking. Its small white flowers bloom in spring or early summer. The name "rosemary" comes from the Latin term "ros marinus," which means "dew of the sea." This refers to its fresh, ocean-like scent. Rosemary is commonly found in cooking, baking, and pickling spice mixes. It pairs well with soups, stews, sauces and has now found it's way into more decorate cooking and baking, such as focaccia bread. When dried it retains its aromatic scent, perfect for musky cupboards. Rosemary also has been used for thousands of years as a memory stimulant. Recent studies explore its potential as a treatment for Alzheimer's.
