Breathe in: Inhale deeply through your nose for a count of 4. 3. Hold your breath: Gently hold your breath for a count of 7. 4. Exhale slowly: Exhale completely through your mouth, making a soft whooshing sound, for a count of 8. 5. Repeat: Complete this cycle 3-4 times.
