Disability Arts Online’s Post

Head over to the DAO blog in the coming weeks to find a series of posts by Access All Areas celebrating the Transforming Leadership National programme. These blogs will feature learning disabled and autistic leaders from arts companies around the UK, sharing what leadership and this process means to them. Following those stories in March 2025, AAA and partners will share practical solutions for increasing learning disabled and autistic creative employment at an event (more details to be revealed soon). First up in the series is a post by Paul Christian, Deputy Chairperson of Access All Areas. Paul discusses his ideas about training others, seeing his experience reflected, and imagining the perfect board meeting.
