Followed Liz Pragasam guided mediation sessions this week as part of Wellbeing at Work World Summit … the difference to how I felt was absolutely incredible! Previously a little bit of a sceptic over mediation because I didn’t really understand it but following Lizs sessions the difference was amazing!
