This includes understanding business needs, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates - Engage in all employee lifecycle aspects, including onboarding, 1:1 meetings, performance evaluations, and exit interviews - Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company - Develop and implement new HR processes if needed while updating and improving existing ones - HURMA Administration - Organize and coordinate both online and offline team activities to foster team spirit and engagement - Participate actively in various internal company processes to ensure smooth operations, such as Control Room Meetings and Strategy Planning - Maintain strong personal relationships with employees, conduct surveys, and work towards continuously improving corporate culture - Keep recruitment and HR tools updated with the latest information
