There are many articles online about how companies elect to use Backstage over building from scratch, but these seldom include details such as - what customizations were required? - how large was the team for initial implementation? - how long did initial implementation take? - how many engineers are now required to maintain the application and respond to support, new feature requirements? - what other (surprise?) costs were involved? Anyone able to share figures or estimates from their own experiences?
