We are seeing justice in every corner of the US. For the first time in a long time, I feel like America is on the right path. Guys are using their audience for good! Former Navy SEALs, like Shawn Ryan, stand as paragons of strength, strategy, and unwavering determination. Traditionally revered for our elite combat capabilities and covert operations, we are now channeling our unparalleled skills and mindset to empower the youth, fostering a generation equipped not just to survive, but to thrive in an increasingly complex and challenging world. This transformation underscores a profound shift: an “army of SEALs fighting for good,” dedicated to shaping a brighter, more resilient future. The SEAL mindset—characterized by a relentless pursuit of excellence and an unyielding commitment to goals—serves as a powerful model for youth. While I couldn’t be happier for Bradley Geary and the resolution he’s finally received, it’s impossible to ignore what he endured for others to push their unethical agendas. Now, according to Shawn Ryan he can retire with his pension intact—but I’m left grappling with three pressing questions: ✅ Why did the Navy lose such an exceptional warfighter? ✅ What about those who allowed a false narrative to dominate the media? When differing medical examiner opinions can exist on the cause of death, where is the Navy’s accountability to admit the truth? Instead, “investigations” seem designed not to uncover facts but to craft the version of the truth that’s most convenient. Why wasn't the drugs in Kyle’s car tested or the drugs in his system? ✅ By refusing to test for performance-enhancing drugs at BUDS, the Navy set instructors up to fail. Under immense stress, people inevitably seek ways to cope. Where’s the accountability for that systemic negligence? This should be a moment of celebration for one man—a vindication of sorts—and I share the relief that he faces no disciplinary action. But let’s not overlook what really happened here. To appease a grieving mother, we torpedoed a distinguished man’s career, turned him into a scapegoat, and allowed this story to drag out for three years. And now, predictably, we’re ready to move on to the next news cycle. Where is the investigation into why this happened? Into how this miscarriage of justice played out for so long? Without real accountability, the cycle of institutional failures and media manipulation will only continue. Especially if the people overlooking this investigation are able to continue on and lead in the highest positions of our Navy. Not everyone can afford the lawyers he had, or have the strength to mount the fight Geary took on. This is just one more story, however, that underlines the necessity in independent media in driving to the truth.
