In my quest to gain more knowledge about Construction Project Management, it was a really fascinating watch, that gave me some insights as to how a Construction Project has evolved from a Design-Bid-Build method to a more Integrated Project Delivery Method, where Architects and Contractors play equal roles in assessing the feasibility of a project, and providing alternatives that benefit the organization from a cost, schedule, and scope perspective, enhancing the overall quality in the process. Just finished the course “Construction Management Foundations” by Jim Rogers!
