Ever asked why most car ads look the same? It is all intentional. The inferior car brands recreate Ads that make them look like the superior ones, to say "Our car too is a reliable choice like theirs". The ads in Vogue don't look anything like the ones in Sports Illustrated. This is the way because the language that brands use matters, and these magazines—such as Vogue—say: "We expect people like us to speak a certain way (through their typography, photography style, etc.)" That's what a Good designer offers you, the chance to fit in. Meanwhile, some choose to hire a Great designer who breaks the expectations and talks differently, in a way that your people still resonate with. If the latter interests you, contact us at BlueGreen. #graphicdesign #branding #design #bluegreen #brandidentity

A brand’s visual design, look, and feel are shaped gradually over time. The way we see and interact with visual elements influences the next step in the journey with a brand. Working across design and photography, this understanding helps guides the design I craft and the photographs I take. When building a visual brand, remember that it’s an evolving process that grows and strengthens with time. Enjoy the process… #branding #design #creative

Just because you have a brand doesn't mean that it's not a good idea to rebrand. The brand that you have now has gotten you this far but it isn't representative of where you dream of being 5 years from now. Because of that, your current brand will keep you stagnant in your photography business. We don't want that for you. 🫡 When you rebrand but already have a brand, you can pull pieces from your current brand as you carry yourself into your next era. We did just that with a past client of ours who was a traveling elopement photographer. She already had elements from her brand that she was known for, and we were able to keep those pieces while building new ones to really elevate the entire visual identity of her brand. Whether it's an icon that represents you, a color that people instantly think of when they think of your photography, or a font that you're forever tied to, we can work with you to keep what you love while giving it new life. There's no better time than now to start thinking about your 2025 rebrand. In just 4 weeks, we will completely transform your brand visuals to represent where you want to go with your business inside The Rebrand Edit. The investment is $7700 or 5 monthly payments of $1540. Do you consider all display options when designing packaging? These are meant to hang, obvious due to hang hole. But it’s been out on shelf hiding product photography and product details. Is the mascot to product ratio off balance? #packaging #design #branding

The biggest mistake photographers make with brand strategy is that they think branding is just a visual tool 👀Although there are visual elements to any brand (aka your brand identity), the bottom line is that branding is a communication tool 📣 Most people think that the main reason to take your branding seriously is to look professional....having a fancy logo, a color palette, fonts, etc. sooooo - although incredible design can catch someone’s eye IT CAN ONLY DO SO MUCH! Comment or DM me the word brand so you can get your work and dive into my 50 page handbook where I left NO STONE UNTURNED. Can’t wait to share more with y’all on this topic and dig just a little deeper ❤️ . . . . . #entrepreneur #femaleowned #girlboss #onlinecourses #education #educationforcreatives #smallbizstrategy #smallbusinessadvice #womenownedbusiness #onlineclass #digitaleducation #onlinemasterclass #photographymentorship #communityovercompetition #freeonlinecourse #onlinelearning #freecourse #businessmanagement #businessmanagementcourse #bayareaphotographer #onlinetraining #technology #webinar #smallbusiness #onlinebusiness #coach #entrepreneur #onlinecoaching #photographycourse #photographymentorship

Want to know THE SECRET to making your product photos truly extraordinary? In the world of product photography, set design can make all the difference. It’s not just about capturing a product; it’s about creating a visual story that resonates with the audience. Set design transforms a simple product shot into an extraordinary visual experience. Here’s why it’s so important: 1. Enhanced Aesthetics: A well-designed set elevates the product, making it stand out and catch the viewer’s eye. It adds layers of visual interest and can make even the simplest products look stunning. 2. Brand Storytelling: The environment in which a product is photographed can tell a story about the brand. It reflects the brand’s personality, values, and the lifestyle it promotes, helping to build a deeper connection with the audience. 3. Contextual Relevance: A thoughtfully designed set places the product in a context that makes sense to the viewer. It shows how the product can fit into their life, making it more relatable and desirable. 4. Professionalism: High-quality set design demonstrates attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. It reassures clients and customers that they are dealing with a professional and reliable brand. At Shape Stories Studio, we believe that every element of a photo should contribute to the overall impact. That’s why we invest time and creativity into our set designs, ensuring that each product we photograph looks its absolute best. Check out some of our latest shots to see the magic of set design in action! What do you think makes a product photo stand out?
