With a little more programming, I was able to build a very basic 3D model of the human cochlea that lights up to show how nerve fibers in specific regions respond to different sound frequencies. This interactive model provides a unique look at how our ears convert sound into signals for the brain. Music provided by Canadian Brass: https://lnkd.in/eMvERFwf 🔬 Highlights: Demonstrates the cochlea's organization. Visualizes nerve responses to various sound frequencies. Ideal for educators, students, and anyone interested in hearing science. Check it out and share your thoughts! Special thanks to Amy Bowley for supporting this side quest while building the electronic vestibular apparatus! And thanks to Arduino and its community for making an awesome platform to develop these educational tools! #Science #Innovation #Hearing #3DModel #Cochlea #Neuroscience #Sound #STEM #Education #Audiology
