You know, we have an implementation team with the carrier and I and I even said this the other day. So there's very few vendor partners where they're my partner, but are they really family? And I do have a a carrier partner that I feel like I'm part of their family and they're part of my family and and it's because, again, they get us. And so there's already thinking 3 steps ahead. They know that we want a timeline. They know that we what we expect from them on an implementation that we want them to be 10 steps ahead when it comes to billing. And those are the things that really blow our socks off, right. I think a lot of times our vendor partners get you know, well we're going to have you come to this event and they want to wow us with events and things like that. And it's really not about about that, it is about spending time with each other, getting to know each other. I do think that helps build a family and that that family unit. But it's really being able to trust the people I work with. I got your back you know we'll we'll fix this for you if we're about to lose a client right, supporting us and making us look good, right always trying to to be that good partner through and through and through from beginning to the end that's that's a great story and and we we don't get that very often you know unfortunately I think sometimes we get bogged down and you know vendors have processes and ways they do things and you know our clients. Aren't that way. Our clients need flexibility, so we're really looking for somebody that can do that, yeah. You know, I think asking more, wanting more from our our partners just don't oversell us, right? Don't oversell the client. Don't over promise. Be real with what you can and can't do. I'd rather have somebody tell me, hey, I know the client wants us to do XYZ, we can't do that. But here's what we can do. I'd rather have that than somebody oversell us, which that again, happens very often and then we're all left in a really bad situation. So just be honest, I trust that more. Then the over promising. Think this about wraps up our time on the live masked broker for voluntary advantage. And I'm so excited that you joined us today. Thank you so much Earth cat in a hoodie for.
