I recommend watching 'How to Win' by Daniel Gross to everyone. 👀 Good sleep and exercise are critical for decision-making. Since technology is now accessible to everyone, making good decisions is more important than ever. I come from the aviation industry. ✈️ In the cockpit, it cannot be emphasized enough how important decision-making is for the pilot. To make good decisions, pilots need good sleep.
