DLA Piper Israel Country Group’s Post

This morning, we hosted an exclusive training for a targeted group of key clients on the impact of EU digital regulations on contract negotiations. Led by our esteemed colleague Jonathan Rofé (Partner, DLA Piper France), the training focused on whether it is necessary or in the interest of clients/providers to contractualize regulatory requirements – including NIS 2, the Data Act, DORA, and the EU AI Act – and, if so, how can their interests be protected. We were so pleased to provide this valuable training to our clients and are already planning events for Q1 2025 on other relevant topics.
