I need candidates in Tamil, Malyalam, Kannad, Urdu, Hindi, Marathi etc. :-Any kind of cheating behavior that’s unacceptable to client :-Non-usage of Third-party extensions to Copy/Paste . :- If client generates MT reports against any of your resource(s) and it gets proved that the linguist used MT then it can’t be challenged further and NO payment will be made for it from the client side whether it’s 10k words or 100k words as MT will remain MT in less or more words. 8. According to the information we received client has removed 100’s of linguists using MT and Lakhs of words went for Rework and no payment was made to anyone. We don’t want it to happen with anyone in our team so everyone needs to be very careful about it.

When I first landed in Kerala as a trainee police officer, Malayalam sounded like total gibberish to me. I would often sit through long official meetings, where people spoke with rhetorical flourish. Yet, all I heard was 'Blah blah blah... blah blah blah...' However, a Malayalam exam was soon coming up -- and if I didn't clear it, my salary wouldn't increase. So I tried to learn but my Malayalam was still atrocious. Yet, somehow I passed the exam -- I think the examiners couldn't bear the thought of having to listen to my Malayalam again if they failed me this time. Then one day, I got posted as the Commissioner of Trivandrum City police. From the very next day, I had to blabber non-stop in Malayalam on the police wireless -- grammar and accent be damned. I just had to speak. Surprisingly, within a few weeks, people could understand me. I could now rattle off instructions in Malayalam and even give public speeches. Of course, a true Keralite still wouldn't call my Malayalam good -- as my friend Vinod Thomas loves to remind me. (He's just jealous.) But once I got comfortable with conversations, I stopped improving. In the two decades since, I haven't learned even 1% more. When life leaves you no choice but to practice and face the discomfort, you learn the best. And once comfort sets in, you stagnate.
