🎙️ On a day when some podcasts are under fire for spreading misinformation, we’re proud to share the latest episode of the Do More Good Podcast. No clickbait. No hidden agendas. No corporate strings attached. Just authentic, meaningful conversations with people we truly admire. This week, Kenneth Foreman flies solo for a nostalgic episode featuring the brilliant Timothy Parry. Tim, formerly Director of Communications, Brand, and Digital at Alzheimer's Research UK’s and now shaping change at the incredible behavioural agency Claremont Comms, joins us for a rich and inspiring discussion. Together, they explore: ✨ Growing alongside an organisation and the career opportunities it unlocks. ✨ Taking calculated risks in a risk-averse sector to grab attention. ✨ Rubbing shoulders (and becoming BFFs!) with none other than Samuel L. Jackson. There's the weight of an orange to the size of Wales, connecting with your your audience, pitching to the trustees, removing the jargon, and learning to listen. No conspiracies, no pseudo-science—just honest insights and reflections from someone who’s achieved incredible things and is generous enough to share it with us. 🎧 Tune in, take notes, and enjoy the conversation. Most CEOs struggle with getting the balance of their time right. Here’s my secret… As a big fan of Steven Bartlett’s Diary of a CEO podcast, I was reflecting on my own diary after reading “Only the Paranoid Survive” by Andrew Grove Grove emphasized a crucial distinction: ‘working IN the business versus working ON the business.’ I struggle with this balance. Many of us do. My solution? Time-boxing. I carve out blocks in my diary to focus on specific tasks whether they be short-term tactical or longer-term and strategic. We’ve also created a 'Labs' team at Learnerbly to explore future disruptive opportunities. This is my dedicated time to think big and be inspired. Time-boxing ensures I get everything done and lets me reflect on how I'm using my time. What works for you? P.S. If this resonates with you, follow me, Rajeeb Dey MBE, for more content like this. ♻️ Repost this if you think it can help someone in your network!

Steve Gamlin was this week's guest on Success Profiles Radio. In addition, we talked about how he started his speaking career, what defines a great speaker, his work as a humor coach, and his two podcasts. We talked about a lot more and you can hear it here:

[DON'T CONFUSE YOUR CLIENTS AND POTENTIAL CLIENTS] When you are present on LinkedIn, write a blog post, create a video, meet on Zoom, guest on a podcast, or go to an in-person meeting or event, are people seeing the same you? If not, then you stand to confuse people about who you really are. Don't make them think too hard to try to figure out what you are like to work or do business with on a daily basis. If they have to think twice, they probably won't. If they do, it might not be positive. Always remove the friction between you and them making a decision to hire you. This is your brand. It is important to understand what yours is, then to show it to the world so they get to know the same you each time they see, hear, or talk to you. As always, I am here to help you. #BusinessDevelopmentCoachForLawyers #PersonalBranding #LegalMarketing #NancyNews
