We are so excited to be here with Activity Advisory Board member Gene Hitchcock, who has been a mentor and a friend to Kathy, the CEO of Directivity Health, for many years, and we're excited to learn more about her involvement with Activity and her thoughts on how the platform can create a big impact for healthcare systems. Organizations can use it in a number of different ways. One, they can look outside their own market. Into a secondary market and see what. High end cases or what the opportunity is and then build program in their secondary market all through looking and doing the analysis inside deactivity, the productivity piece. Every organization knows who their workhorses are, what specialists that are driving the greatest value in driving the greatest amount of revenue and quality, delivering quality patient care you can focus on those. Top 50 specialists isolate them inside the activity and look at their productivity. How is it growing? Where, when is it dipping? And then the interventions that need to happen to change that trajectory for productivity. You were able to see what needs to happen immediately, and I'll add 1, which is a negative approach to this. Very often in healthcare, you might have a specialist who is highly regarded and carries a lot of weight. Their opinion carries a lot of weight. And they'll say something like, I've had four patients come in telling me that so and so went out of state for their care, right? And we have made a lot of decisions in healthcare beta based on anecdotal information. And so doc Tivity can actually show you who has left the market. And put that in perspective, I know people that have literally sent liaisons out of state to start to build relationships when one or two people left the system. So it's a way to also not go down rabbit holes that are not going to be a value. It provides that it's, it gives you a way to counter some anecdotal information before you spend a lot of time and money going down that rabbit hole. Just the other thing I'll say about that is we've had clients, customers who have said to us. We know that we're not having any out migration and it's one of those things where you're like let's show you, let's show you through the tool. And specifically one example, 70% of their cases will be referred outside of the market. So we were able to show them that in this important competitive market, 70% will be referred out. And then we worked with their physician liaison team to. Show them exactly what they needed to do to change those referral patterns and in within six months. 2.1 million in new revenue was driven back into the organization and you can see all of that happening and understand and continue to document and track and that was all within six months.
