Game Prep Saturday: Post Game Talk. Highlight the Positives and Accentuate the Challenges. There will always be both good things and not-so-good things that occur in competition. No team, or individual, plays a perfect game. Highlighting the positives is a great way to feel good after a win or a loss. After a competition has finished, think of ways that the team can improve and provide a sense of the importance to getting better.

https://lnkd.in/ewp4dz8q I find this topic interesting, as there are moments I find myself in this situation. Trying to decide when "enough is enough" and killing off work to try a different idea. Both companies and employees need to learn to recognize the signs and make a decision before too many resources are wasted. This is an entertaining presentation of the topic, and while its focus is in the context of game development, you can extrapolate the discussion to other industries and disciplines as well.
