In winter and summer alike, Emmental can be used to grate your dishes: lasagnas, moussakas, pizzas, vegetable gratins... 🍕
As you can see, our hygienic conveyor raises grated Emmental cheese for all your preparations!
Take a look at our conveyor's impressive achievements: 📽
- hygienic design,
- 0 material loss thanks to its continuously scraped smooth belt,
- preservation of the cheese,
- reduced risk of contamination and bacterial growth,
- reduced maintenance and cleaning times,
- Smooth, efficient elevation,
- optimised footprint.
Cheese, and grated Emmental in particular, is a high value-added product for the food industry. Our hygienic conveyor is suitable for a wide range of products and shapes in the cheese industry: mozza, feta, cheddar, etc.
Our cutting-edge technology was exhibited at the last CheeseExpo show organized by the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association.
Let's work together to raise the challenges facing the dairy industry!
And you, what dish would you like to sprinkle with Emmental cheese? 🧀

An insightful day at the Plant Based World Expo Europe at Excel London… 🌱
I was fascinated that most exhibitors were showcasing meat alternative products which really did look and taste like the ‘real’ thing. So much so, that I was a little hesitant to try them! 😯
But, from panel discussions with caterers and chefs, it seems that pure plant options are starting to nudge these ultra-processed products off the menu. Apparently, people want more natural and ‘clean label’ options.
Is there room on our plates for the plant-based lookalikes? Or are meat mimics about to become the turkey twizzlers of the 2020s? 🧐

The Intellectual Property Office UK's weekly trade mark journal provides for interesting insights into what companies intend to offer in the near future.
In the most recent publication, we came across BrewDog's UK trade mark application for "Wonderland Wine Company", protected for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic wine.
We all know the success that Brewdog has had with beer, and this will surely be a marker for them moving into wine. We look forward to witty names for their wine brands. Any suggestions?
Trade marks are an essential part of any business. If you have any queries regarding your trade mark rights, please do not hesitate to contact us with a brief and we will respond with our initial thoughts: hello@thecounsel.uk.
