So in October 2006, Tom Donahue and I started Donahue and HARO and when we started, he was a lawyer at a very successful practice and I was a lawyer at another successful practice. And we came together and started Donahue and Haro based on two principles #1 integrity and #2 our friendship. We both knew each other were excellent. Years in our particular specialties, we both knew that we could make a difference for our clients. And our guiding principle has always been to do the right thing. And we have. And we've enjoyed an amazing amount of success for which we are incredibly grateful. And for those folks who are trying to choose an attorney or trying to decide whether this is the right place for them, we consider it a privilege to consider and evaluate your case. And whether we take the case or not, we can assure you that when each one of us speaks to you, we will give you the kinds of information. That at least you will be able to be more informed going forward than you were when you first spoke to us. It is really important that people understand that the 18 years we have in, we are incredibly proud of. We have terrific people around us and we know we can make a difference for clients that are trying to decide whether to work with us. I think it's important for every client to feel like that they have an opportunity to be heard and to be part of what we're trying to do for them. Give them all of the information so that they can feel in control of what I like to think of as a relatively uncontrollable situation. I want them to feel comfortable in knowing what we're trying to do, how we're going to get there, so that they have as much opportunity to ask questions to make them. Feel as well informed as possible. You get an opportunity to communicate with all of us. And what I like to tell people is the people we work with here are really, really talented.
