#SIMTOS2024 Exhibition Concludes with Great Success Over the course of the several-day exhibition, we had the privilege of meeting numerous individuals who showed a deep interest in #lasermachine technology. What is automation? Each of you could easily answer this question, but the details would probably vary greatly. No wonder: automation spans many areas, as we also discussed at our last automatica advisory board meeting two weeks ago. For those unfamiliar, #automatica is the leading trade fair for intelligent automation and robotics. As automation encompasses many different facets, one focus of the trade show will be a more thorough representation of “niche” areas for the automation industry like medical technology and construction. That is a good thing. If companies want to survive in our global and highly technical world, they can't get around automation. And this is true across industries. At IDS Imaging Development Systems GmbH, broadening our approach to automation is also key. Therefore, we are continuously and strategically opening up new markets.
