Dot and Beyond’s Post

So, what sets UX, UI, and CX apart? Let’s break it down! UX (User Experience): It’s all about how users feel when navigating your product. Is it smooth? Frustrating? Intuitive? UX focuses on optimizing the entire journey to make sure users have a seamless experience. UI (User Interface): Think of UI as the look and feel of your product. It’s the buttons, icons, colors, and layouts that users interact with. While UX handles the experience, UI makes sure the product looks amazing while doing it! CX (Customer Experience): Now, CX zooms out to the bigger picture—it's how customers feel about their entire relationship with your brand, across all touchpoints (website, customer support, etc.). CX ensures they walk away with a smile. So, while UX and UI make sure your app or site is a delight to use, CX focuses on the overall impression people have of your brand. How are you integrating all three in your designs? 💡 Let us know in the comments! 👇 #dotandbeyond #dotandbeyonddesigns #UXdesigner #UIdesigner #uiuxdesigner #designservices #uxuidesigns #UXDesign #UIDesign #Ecommerce #DesignMatters #UserExperience #DesignInnovation
