This #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth 💚, I’m taking the initiative to #TakeTheMoment by planning my PTOs and vacations for the entire year. By scheduling these breaks in advance, I'm prioritizing a healthy work-life balance, ensuring I have dedicated time to unwind and recharge throughout the year. It’s a small step that makes a big difference in maintaining mental well-being. How are you prioritizing your mental health this month? #MentalHealth #SelfCare #WorkLifeBalance

May is Mental Health Awareness Month! Various factors contribute to mental health conditions, including brain chemistry, biology, life experiences, trauma, and abuse. Social media can also contribute to mental health issues, such as anxiety, overwhelm, or fear of missing out. Here are ways to safeguard your inner peace while staying connected in the social media era: • Limit social media usage by tracking or setting a timer. • Replace social media scrolling time with podcasts or audiobooks. • Disable notifications for social media apps. • Customize your newsfeed by following 5-7 pages related to your career, dreams, or self-care. For immediate support with your mental health, reach out to the 998 Lifeline via call, chat, or text. #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth #PrioritizeYou

May finally brings the relief of warmer weather and longer days. It's also an important month to check in with yourself and your loved ones around mental health. The ways we show up for ourselves and others can have tremendous impact on emotional and mental wellbeing (at home, in the community, AND the workplace). Please take a few minutes this week to check in with yourself. #MHAM2024 #mentalhealthmatters #mentalhealthawareness #selfcare

Mental Health Awareness Month Thought # 3: I came across the Yale Measurement Based Care Collaborative and love the resources they're putting together. But most of all, their focus on Collect, Share, Act is such a valuable framework to consider for implementing MBC. It's not enough to just collect scales for the sake of collecting scales, we need to enroll the patient in the process and make it a dialogue. Check them out for some great tips and explanations!
