Start Your Content with the Main Point! Skip the usual beginning, middle, and end. Instead, go for end, beginning, middle, and end. Why This Works: → Readers get the value immediately. → It keeps their attention from start to finish. Take This Post as an Example: I opened with the main idea, filled in why this approach works, and now I'm reinforcing the message. Here’s How You Can Do This: 1. Lead with Conclusion: Grab attention immediately. 2. Provide Context: Then add the necessary details. 3. Close Strong: Reinforce the main message. Pro Tip: Steer Clear of Predictable Patterns → Avoid phrases like “How to...” → Move past “Why...” explanations → Skip the “Three things you need...” Repost ♻️ if you learned something new. Thank you. P.S. What’s the first thing you notice in a post?

I'm on a little mission to shake up the content I share. I want it to be useful, inspiring and I would also love to learn from you. Today I'm sharing a quick-win tip 💡 which you can implement: Use the '5-minute rule' to delegate: if you can explain a task to someone in 5 minutes, delegate it. ⏱️ Free yourself up for the big-picture work!

Rather than tell people your priorities write them down. Then ask the team - 'from my actions & communication what do you think my priorities are?' compare the lists - wow.. what learning could emerge from this simple exercise. https://lnkd.in/eQEQEYRq

Caught off-guard with an impromptu speaking request? Stay poised and piece together a compelling narrative swiftly. Here’s how: Ground yourself in your expertise. Start with a brief introduction, weave in an engaging anecdote or striking statistic for relatability, articulate your main idea clearly, and wrap up with a motivating call to action. You've got all the ingredients; now, confidently blend them into a presentation that resonates. Remember, you're more prepared than you think! #speakerprep #presentationprep #getovation

Ever wish you could hit pause on life just long enough to tackle that one big project? That’s exactly what I’m doing for the next 7 days—on a cruise. But this isn’t about umbrella drinks and shuffleboard. It’s about focus. The last time I had this much uninterrupted time, I wrote an entire book. So, drafting a presentation? Bring it on. My goal: craft something fresh, inspiring, and ready to connect with audiences in 2025. We all have that “big thing” we swear we’ll tackle when we find the time. Guess what? The time is here. No emails, no meetings, just space for ideas to breathe. That’s the beauty of stepping away—completely. By the time I dock, I’ll have more than just a tan; I’ll have a completed presentation and the clarity to approach the new year with purpose. And here’s my challenge to you: carve out your own moment of focus. Whether it’s writing, planning, or dreaming, make the time. 2025 is approaching fast. Let’s dive into it with purpose. 🌊 #Focus #NewBeginnings #ContentCreation #ProfessionalGrowth

Just started out on Medium. I will be posting updates on my personal life and experiences. In this post I share my Ideal version which I am working towards gradually. Really thanks to Dan Koe as he had shared in one of his video to write down what our ideal version would be like and then focus on making goals to reach it.
