This is the Compara Quarry project where we're building a residential subdivision for approximately 500 homes with a 9 kilometres of the Brisbane CBD. The site is currently operating Granite Quarry, where they're going to be remediating the quarry by constructing a residential subdivision. I think the client chose us because they trusted us. We initially got involved in the in the project and the due diligence phase where the client was looking at buying the property. However, they knew that the the primary concern on the site was geotechnical challenges. We've been operating in the geotechnical industry now for 60 years and clients see that our ability to deliver projects through their completion and to make sure that we stay focused on what their goals are. And deliver them.
