We're very pleased to announce the completion of the unitised façade on the Denton Corker Marshall-designed ‘#Bankside’ tower—Phase 2 of the RENAKER Colliers Yard Masterplan! Standing tall at 42 stories, this residential tower is enveloped in sleek glass and natural anodised aluminium, accented by a striking black geometric grid. The unique design features a repeating pattern of four-storey stacked tiers, layered with a distinctive geometric grid that adds depth and visual intrigue, while subtly shifting the perception of scale....in other words, it looks fantastic! The Bankside tower not only makes a bold statement but also harmonizes beautifully with the Colliers Yard neighbourhood, enhancing the architectural dialogue within the family of towers. With all apartments also sold, we are looking forward to phase 3, more news coming soon!!
