📣 New Milestone on my #PhD Journey 🥳 🤔 A few months ago, our team faced the challenge of selecting the right #WearableDevice for our clinical studies at the Centre for Healthy Longevity. We quickly realized that existing guidance and recommendations were unclear about how to choose a wearable device that meets our specific needs. Questions like "What's available?", "What criteria should we consider?", and "In what order should we evaluate these criteria?" needed answers. 📚 After months of research, discussions, and iterations, we have developed a comprehensive step-by-step guide for selecting wearable devices for use in community-dwelling adults. I'm thrilled to announce the publication of our practical guide!
