Multiple enchondromas, also known as Ollier's disease, can be detected through radiology imaging. In this case, multiple expansile lytic lesions with a narrow zone of transition were found in the 3rd-4th-5th digits of the right hand. There was no periosteal reaction and no synchronous lesions on the left hand. #msk #radiology #xray #hand #olliersdisease

A really inspiring plenary lecture by Rick Abramson, MD, MHCDS, FACR at #ECR2024.
