Biomechanics - Golf swing This assessment involves hitting golf shots into a driving net using a variety of clubs. Different types of shot can also be performed (e.g. a punch) if this is a particular area of interest. You’ll perform a total of around 15–20 shots for each club or shot type, with data captured for each one. The assessment takes around 2–3 hours to complete, which varies depending on the amount of shot or club types analysed. You’ll receive a full report, including all data, within 10 days of the assessment. #biomechanics #performance #golf #movement

The Spinal Engine: Expressing Force Physics states we accept force from distal-proximal and produce force from proximal distal. This is interesting because in traditional Strength and Conditioning, we teach force production from a compression standpoint (squatting, pressing, etc.). A cool method from Guy Voyer (ELDOA) is decompression of the spine…but also to produce force from this advantageous position to reduce risk of injury.
