A friend of mine was working as an Assistant Front office Manager.Company changed their policy and he lost his job.He applied in many places and he had an interview with one of well reputed company in the market for FO supervisor the question was asked why do you want to work as a FO supervisor he told them the truth that I need a job because I need to pay my House rent.School fee for my children's & ETC.After few days he got an Email we are sorry but we can't select you because you are over qualified for this position. Come on what over qualification he needs to support his family and #hospitality industry where he spends his life is not willing to give him a job. the #HR told him you will not stay with us for long if we give you this #opportunity.its such a bad situation why we can't give a job to the person who is willing to work lower than his previous position.ever body is saying position does not matter.But when it comes to the #recruitment #processes I think it's matter. I would like to say one thing.
