If you think workplace wellbeing is solved by employee wellness, you’ve missed the point.   But, if you think employee wellness is improved by workplace wellbeing, then you get the point.       The 2 are interlinked and when integrated efficiently they can become a powerful force for an organization.      Problem is,   We keep trying to solve ‘workplace wellbeing’ with ‘employee wellness’ solutions.   That’s like hiring a dentist because your computer is broken…. 😅   In the context of the work, wellbeing and wellness are VERY different.     The ecosystem shared below is a model we developed to showcase the different elements.   It helps the leaders and teams we work with to visualize the difference.   From here, we get to tailor collaborative solutions that meet the needs of the business.     How would describe relationship between Wellness and Wellbeing (in a work context)? #workplacewellbeing #employeewellness
