The number of citations your research article receives is more significant than the journal's impact factor. Publishing in a reputable, high-impact journal is beneficial, but if your article only garners 8-10 citations in a year, its influence is limited. Conversely, an article published in a low-impact or zero-impact journal that attracts 50 or more citations in a year demonstrates substantial impact and value. Citations are a direct measure of your work's relevance and influence within the academic community, reflecting the true worth of your research. #Citations #Journals #ImpactFactor
