Decarbonization is a challenge that the pharmaceutical industry must actively address. Regardless of company size, scope 3 emissions (indirect emissions) account for more than 90% of the total, especially for organizations in the pharmaceutical sector. The repercussions of the pollution reverberate through our climate system, fueling the intensity and frequency of extreme weather events. It is overdue that we band together to devise necessary measures and solutions that will save our planet and cultivate a greener future.
