I'd be interested to hear from others in the broadband space. Lately the biggest hurdle in getting broadband builds done is simply labor. Contractors and employees. OSP, techs, sales, all of them. This is a known challenge, but it's interesting to see the shift from a few years ago when it was supply chain on materials and electronics. As BEAD comes to life this is only going to become more evident. For BSPs, two things I'd suggest are to begin staffing up now and to start refining your processes and procedures to leverage technology and not just people to get more done. It seems basic, but it is and will continue to be a game of inches. Progress is made by shaving bits of inefficiency off little by little. #broadband #ruralbroadband #sethtalks
