(The OT team) "Failure. It’s something no one wants to experience yet many do. In the entrepreneurial space, many entrepreneurs have come and gone — failing before they ever really got their feet under them. In many cases, failure could have been avoided. Much of failure — not just in the entrepreneurial world — can be attributed to a lack of understanding of goals. People fail or don’t achieve everything that they are capable of because they don’t have purpose-driven goals. Purpose driven goals support your why, everything that you are doing on a daily basis should be centered around these goals. ... how to create goals and know which goals are most important to focus on....requires a powerful experienced accountability partner. One with whom trust flows naturally. Respect. Even admiration. You need to develop a relationship with your goals. It’s best to — and this is something you need assistance with — get granular and start from the beginning with your goals. Begin by writing your goals down. Your goals need to be specific and measurable. We suggest you break down your goals in a way that you can easily measure and check the progress on. That may not sound too difficult, but we often see entrepreneurs struggle to do so. Sure, you can write your goals down, but are you willing to hold yourself accountable and learn to adjust when needed? It’s like trying to lose weight. You may want to lose 10 pounds by the end of August, but if it’s August 15th and you’ve only dropped two pounds on the scale, are you going to hold yourself accountable, take responsibility for your shortcomings, and adjust the way you’re approaching this process? Or are you just going to give up? You’d be surprised at how many entrepreneurs do the latter when it comes to missing that first or second benchmark toward their goals. That’s why you need a shoulder of support. he/she is going to hold you accountable by helping you form powerful habits — habits that will transform your everyday behavior — and crush your goals. Don’t waste your time telling yourself you’ll start doing better next month or next quarter. Take accountability and become an entrepreneur with purpose-driven goals and the tools to achieve them right now."

“It will take too long to explain. I’ll just do it myself.” This mentality is common in entrepreneurs. We’re impatient, Type A people who push hard and want to cross things off our lists. So the thought of slowing down and teaching someone is painful. If a task takes us 10 minutes to do personally but 30 to delegate, we usually handle the task fast and move on. But you can see where this is going: If you do the task more than three times, you should have invested time to offload it in the first place. https://lnkd.in/gP75esyW #crossfitaffiliates #gymbusiness #fitnessbusiness #yogabusiness #fitbiz #yogabiz #gymbiz #gymowner #fitnessbusiness #gymowners #businessquestions #twobrainbusiness #entrepreneurship #businesshelp #freeresources #ceo #profit #revenue #retention #businesshelp #businessmentorship #gymownerlife

There’s a reason why countless dreams of entrepreneurship die before they even start. It’s not a lack of vision but a failure to actually take concrete steps toward that vision. This article throws down the gauntlet for aspiring founders. It bluntly states that while dreams are fantastic, they mean little if they don’t translate into actionable plans. It emphasizes that the first key step is to conduct serious market research; without that, you’re setting yourself up for a fall. True success demands more than passion and a good idea. Crafting a detailed business plan and adapting to market feedback is what separates the successful entrepreneurs from the wannabes. So, what’s your take on this? Are you ready to take your ideas seriously, or will they remain just that—ideas? https://lnkd.in/ezjzeNmY Growth Hackers

"Failure can teach you that trying once doesn't mean you'll never achieve the success you're striving for." There's a roughly 50% failure rate for small businesses in the first five years, but failure doesn't mean your journey stops. Most entrepreneurs have encountered multiple business failures before real success was actually realized. That means a lot of mistakes along the way. If you are a young entrepreneur you need to hear that and understand that the road to success can take many twists and turns and it's rarely the path of least resistance. You're gonna f*** up. We all do. What's important is that you learn from your mistakes. Step back, analyze what you did wrong, regroup, and work towards not making that same mistake again a second time. Knowledge is key, and the only way to get it is to get out there and get your hands dirty. You have to learn on the job. Take what you learn and move forward towards achieving your goals.

What do the world's most successful entrepreneurs have that you likely don't? These 3 non-negotiables: 1. They Have A Community Of Like-Minded People. That doesn’t mean everyone thinks or believes the same things, but it does mean they’re all laser-focused on the same goals. If you don’t have a circle of entrepreneurs who share your ambition, cheer you on, bring you in to support their business, and are on a mission to build something great – you need this to change. 2. They Don’t Reinvent The Wheel. The most successful entrepreneurs put a HIGH price on their time. They leverage templates and systems. They proactively scale (and multiply!) their time by using proven systems from those who have gone before them. They don’t get scarily close to burnout as their business scales. Instead – they can literally make more money without working more. If you feel like your $$ is tied to your time and you’re worried about how you can break free of that…you need proven templates and mentorship. 3. They Leverage Things That Work For Other People. Failure in business is inevitable, and often it can be a good thing. But the best business owners don’t have to make all their own mistakes. They decrease their failure by learning from people who have been there and done that. They watch what others (who have the lifestyle and businesses they aspire to have) are doing and seeing results with – and they do that, using tried and tested strategies including email templates, webinar frameworks, and sales systems. What would you add to this list?
