Talent Exchange Programs: Facilitating the exchange of creative talent, such as filmmakers, musicians, and designers, to foster cross-cultural learning and innovation. Investment Partnerships: Encouraging joint investments in creative industries, such as film funds, production studios, and technology startups. Cultural Exchange Initiatives: Organizing cultural festivals, art exhibitions, and literary events to promote mutual understanding and appreciation.
