If you could soak up a cookbook in the course of a weekend, and learn the benefits of what you eat, plus how to make healthy food, would you participate? What if it was free to attend? We’ve got a full lineup of speakers ready to deliver a fabulous live, online event, waiting for you to pull up a seat at the table. But we still need your feedback. This event, slotted to go live in May, needs an extra touch of discussion. We’d like to add panels with experts in them, and want to brainstorm interesting panel topics with you. Some of my ideas: 🥢 Cultural Flavors: Celebrating Plant-Based Dishes from Around the World 🌯 Finding Awesome Pllant Ingredients in Trader Joe’s We need YOUR input too - what discussions would you like to see held about healthy food? PS if you know an amazing food expert, tag them, or let us know. Sign me up as an attendee! I love this concept, Dana Corriel, MD!
Cultural differences sounds cool!
Christina Tennyson specializing in GI and culinary medicine is also perfect for this!
This is a great topic. I’d like to learn more about getting protein in a vegetarian or vegan diet and potential recipes that don’t use processed foods.
Sounds fantastic! Can't wait to learn more.
Wow, this event sounds absolutely fantastic! I love the idea of soaking up a cookbook over a weekend and learning about the benefits of healthy eating. The lineup of speakers looks incredibly impressive too!
Interesting event
Dana Corriel, MD great topic! Having been plant-based for the past 5-6 years, I can’t emphasize enough its importance!
Love the idea of exploring plant-based dishes from different cultures, Dana!

1moThis sounds like fun! I would love a speaker that also helps the cook that doesn't like to cook (🙋♀️) incorporate more plants into the family diet! I used to have a cookbook for sneaking veggies into recipes and my kids will never let me forget. Now that they're older, I'm sure there are many more good alternatives that can become a healthy habit.
