There are already many antipatterns in Agile that haunt us like ghosts! Now, the AI bubble is dangerously inflated and is obscuring our view of reality! I am not against Agile practices or AI! 🌟 Over the weekend, I embarked on an exciting project that perfectly combines my passion for agile methodologies with my fascination with artificial intelligence. I developed "Scrum Compass," a bespoke situational advice tool powered by GPT technology, specifically designed to support Scrum Masters. For those unfamiliar, GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer) is an advanced AI that can understand and generate human-like text based on the input it receives. It's like having a virtual assistant that's been trained on a vast amount of information to provide relevant, context-aware advice. Scrum Compass utilizes this technology to address common challenges Scrum Masters encounter, such as integrating into existing teams, cultivating a supportive team environment, managing interpersonal dynamics, and effectively engaging with stakeholders. 👩💻 This project not only served as an AI Prompt Engineering exercise but also highlighted my commitment to integrating innovative solutions into agile practices.
