WHAT IS THE BOOKING PROCESS? When you get in touch with us, please tell us your dates, the destination, the number of guests at your party, and the estimated budget. We will search our database and prepare a proposal with detailed online brochures for the available yachts. Once you have decided on a yacht, we will put a 2-week complimentary hold on the yacht’s calendar. We will send an industry-standard approved charter agreement with the payment terms for you to sign. You will send the relevant deposit for your charter. A 25 % deposit is due if your charter is booked more than 6 months in advance, then another 25 % deposit 6 months before the charter. A 50 % deposit is due if your charter is booked less than 6 months in advance. For last-minute charters within 1 month of the charter date, a 100% deposit is due. The final balance is due 60 days before the charter. We will confirm your charter once we have your signed agreement and deposit funds. All funds will be safely held in an Escrow Account. Charter fees are payable by US check or wire transfer.. You can start looking forward to your luxury yacht charter vacation! We will send you a preference sheet for food, drinks, and activities to fill in. We will also advise you on flights (we recommend that you only confirm flights once your charter is confirmed) and accommodation suggestions if you plan on staying on the island before or after your charter. We will finalize every detail before your charter, check in during your charter, and gather feedback after your charter. Mediterranean Yacht Charter Costs Dreaming of a week-long Mediterranean escape on a luxurious yacht? For a six-bedroom yacht, around 150-200 feet, you can expect to pay between 200,000 - 1,000,000 Euros per week, depending on the yacht's build, age, and style. This price covers the yacht itself but not fuel, dockage, food, drinks, or excursions. Additionally, there’s an Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA) of around 30% of the charter fee, covering these extras. For a €1,000,000 charter, the APA would be about €300,000, covering fuel, dockage, and onboard provisions. Plus, this does not include 15-20 percent gratuity for the crew. All in costs, you could be looking at 1.5 million Euros.
