The Fendt IDEAL 7T combine was purchased by the Norfolk-based MacGregor Farming Partnership following a successful demonstration by our team at the TNS Fakenham branch. Farm Manager, Leigh Nobes, was especially impressed with the combine’s separation and cleaning performance. “That was a benefit this year with weed populations higher than usual in some of our organic crops after the prolonged wet spring. Weeds remained green even when crops were ripe, so the combine had to separate the grain from large volumes of trash. When conditions are particularly bad, I reduce the speed and give the separating system more time to release the grain. Some of our beans were particularly badly affected, but the Fendt did a great job and achieved an excellent sample, while losses remained well below one per cent. Our previous straw walker combine would have struggled to achieve a good sample and keep losses within acceptable limits in those conditions.” Read more here: https://lnkd.in/eX4vuw92 #Fendt #ItsFendt #Ideal #LeadersDriveFendt #Combine #Harvest Fendt

Its an other side of passion in life Being a part time #agriculturist failed last season as no cropping could happen due to heavy rainfall except 25 acres of #Cotton ( 50 percent yield) out of 100 acres with us . But from October onwards things are improving - Approx 30 acres ( Veg ) - #Chillies & #tomatoes and 20 acres #Castor seeds have grown well for good returns from January 2025 onwards. Also trying #Wheat & #Mustard this season .Learning reality - Understanding the real Farming issues by doing different cropping , shall help me correct agri value chain in future when expanding FPO based #Microwarehousing!

Understand where your food comes from. Understand that this method of harvesting (certain crops) remains - for the moment - cheaper than a mechanised one. Think about that for a moment. But the totally mechanised approach to planting and harvesting will come. And then what happens to this group of workers and others like them?

The Fruit of 🍓 Strawberry Vertical Farm - The Results are Sweet 🥇 When you finally hold a red strawberry in your hand after a long wait, the overwhelming emotion of that moment is difficult to express in words. It is as if a long period of patience and sincerity were condensed into a single strawberry, and its sweet taste compensates for all our efforts. 🌱 Vertical farming, like traditional farming, requires patience and consistency. The process of overcoming numerous variables and challenges and creating the optimal environment is never easy. Even a small mistake can determine the success or failure of the farm, so we must be careful about all factors. However, the fruit that comes after that wait is sweeter than any other moment. The operator feels even greater joy when he looks at the strawberries grown on the farm, and he trusts us even more. It is said that one of the greatest abilities of humans is the ability to predict, but it is difficult to trust something that has not been seen with one's own eyes. The red fruit of the strawberry shows that trust right before our eyes and proves that our efforts were not in vain. Now, we harvest strawberries every day, and we hope that our customers also enjoy that sweet joy every day. Their happiness is our achievement. 🙏 #Strawberry #VerticalFarm #Sweet #Parus
