𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗢𝗘 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 NXP Semiconductors 📅: 20th - 21st September 2024 📍: Hatten Hotel Melaka What a remarkable 2-day experience with the NXP GOE team in the historic town of Malacca. This was not your typical team development program-our focus was clear: 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿, 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺. The results speak for themselves. The team set a new record in the Equonxo® Skyward Sustainable Height challenge, building the tallest and most stable tower, standing at an impressive 80cm. This incredible feat was achieved through: 📌 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗩𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 - Rallying around a shared purpose that elevated every individual effort. 📌 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗴𝗼 - Choosing a mindset of learning and progress, where personal pride takes a backseat to team success. 📌 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 - Seeing every challenge as an opportunity, transforming mistakes into breakthroughs.
