Social impact leader working at the intersection of talent and mission

I greatly appreciate this piece by Lyn Currie about attracting and retaining top talent. As she points out, what employees are seeking in a work environment is changing rapidly. And has she also notes establishing best practices around work environment, “all start with culture.” I truly believe culture is at the very core of an organization's ability to succeed. "Bottom line" and impact will follow when the culture of the organization inspires and engages the true talent of its employees. While this seems like the "soft stuff," The hard data support it. Here are a few stats from TeamStage: - Culture attracts high-caliber employees and leads to a 33% revenue increase. - Having highly engaged employees can lead to a 202% increase in performance. - 86% of job seekers avoid companies with a bad reputation. - US organizations spend approximately $2.9M a day on staff replacement. - 69% of employees would work harder if they received more recognition. #talent DRiWaterstone Human Capital: Experts in Nonprofit and Social Impact Executive Search #talentacquisition #talentretention #bottomline #corporateculture #workplaceculture #talent #socialimpact #recruiting #executiverecruiting #leadership
