From the introduction of IVF technology for genetic improvement in cattle to the development of the Gau Chip and Mahish Chip, these advancements promise a brighter future for Indian farmers.  Key highlights:   ✔ Free doorstep artificial insemination services, benefiting 5.4 crore farmers.   ✔ Subsidies on groundbreaking technologies like the Gau and Mahish Chips to enhance productivity.   ✔ The livestock sector now contributes an impressive 30.22% of the agriculture and allied sector GVA, with milk leading the charge at over $133 billion in output value!  This focus on innovation addresses critical challenges like fodder shortages, stray cattle management, and unregulated dairy practices.
