Marketing today has become a product, it's become a deliverable rather than being a relationship building process with the marketplace. So I think for me, I like to come at it from kind of a special teams approach where I have a, a purity in understanding each one of these, whether it's operations, sales, marketing, I've a purity and understanding what they are, but I I see them in terms of being an emotional journey. It's the no like and trust evolution where you're building relationships, building rapport, you're building trust in the marketplace. And then there's a transaction that follows. So I see operations as operating teams that are healthier ones that there's a team approach to it. There's a relationship between the the people. There's a there's a trust in the leadership and then there's a trust in what they're doing and how they're important in that process. Marketing has to be, you're delivering value to the marketplace, but you want your consumers to trust you and to know that you're not just there to exploit them, but to empower them.
