OK, now y'all know I am so proud of my Mount Diablo High leadership team. What they're working on right now. If you see behind me, they just did a leadership team assessment of what their work styles are. And then we started talking about what leadership and department meetings look like and some of the challenges. And now that they've read Chapter 7 of Leverage Leadership, they're talking about literally what are some of the things that we want to have in our leadership team meetings and what are some of the things that we want to have in our department meetings. See, you see that we're talking two groups. This group over here is doing department here is working on leadership team meetings and they're going to write down some characteristics of what those meetings should be versus what we know they already are. And then we're going to start putting a plan together to make our meetings look like that. How about our meetings are focused on student achievement? How about our meetings are focused on data? How about we actually talk about professional teacher practice? How about we actually do data-driven instruction and school culture because we know those are the most. Important levers. How do we do that? We start by having the conversation. This is awesome, isn't it?
