Let me be honest: what you thought was right is actually wrong. Working more than 8 hours -> More results Prioritizing work over health -> More results More results -> More money More money -> More Happiness Sorry to say, this is not reality. I understand how you feel now. A few years back, I also believed this to be true. I worked hard without even realizing that I was spoiling my mental health. The truth is: The more you prioritize yourself first - the more you attract your dream life. It can be your much-awaited promotion, dream car or bike, dream home, or anything else. Myself and my 2000+ clients are the living examples of this. When I was a workaholic like you, I struggled with work-life balance and was stuck in a never-ending rat race. But I was literally shocked when I realized that my own mind was the root cause of my problems, not the people around me. I didn’t even know that my mind was working against me and holding me back. And then I shifted my mindset to work for me instead of against me. Then you won’t believe me when I say, everything I dreamed of gradually became reality. Working hard without caring about your mental health, takes you NOWHERE. How do you feel about your wellbeing? Alot of people ignore how they feel- emotionally, mentally and physically. When you resonate with elevated emotions then you feel happier. True wellbeing begins with the unwavering belief that you are deserving of happiness. When you cultivate self-love, it has the power to blossom into a life of purpose, peace, and fulfilment. Most of my clients struggle in their personal or professional lives when lack purpose. This affects their wellbeing. Being unhappy in your environment is not good for your life. Seeking help is a priority. Getting rid of the skeletons in the closet, healing your childhood traumas and falling in love with yourself will trigger greatness in life. Every day is an opportunity to nurture yourself and watch your life flourish. ✨ #SelfLove #Wellbeing #WorthyOfHappiness

This webinar picks up from my previous post where I shared a video discussing the freeze trauma response. In my previous post, I analyzed the freeze response in the context of the COVID-19 crisis where higher levels of depression, anxiety, work-related stress, and various forms of dissociation were being observed on a societal level. Furthermore, individuals are reporting and presenting with reduced interest and decreased motivation levels. This phenomenon began during the pandemic and for some, it remained even three or four years after the COVID-19 crisis with emotional dysregulation, brain fog, burnout, fatigue, and other related symptoms. This webinar provides practical strategies to help reduce work-related stress with a focus on: deep breathing exercises; taking breaks or pauses before moving onto different tasks, activities, or in between meetings; as well as self-empathy in relation to identification of feelings or emotions in order to obtain emotional intelligence and emotional regulation. This webinar also talks about the importance of creating meaning within one’s life where journaling and gratitude can be particularly beneficial tools to improve mood and motivation especially for those who have been laid off that are looking for work in this current job market.
