The bank plans to sell 7% of this new subsidiary to Talde's management team in a later phase, allowing them to maintain leadership and align closely with Kutxabank’s investment objectives. • Portobello Capital has partnered with Clínicas Mi acquiring a minority stake to drive its expansion through organic growth and strategic acquisitions. With the goal of doubling its revenue and reaching 100 million euros in a few years, the Catalan hospital group will continue to grow with Portobello’s support. • I Squared Capital, a leading independent global infrastructure investment manager, announced that it has acquired the remaining 55% stake in Tepsa –a key player in the storage of bulk liquid and gas in France, Spain and the Northern European hubs of Antwerp and Rotterdam– from Rubis SCA, a French energy company. • Curium Pharma, a pharmaceutical company specializing in nuclear medicine, has acquired the Instituto de Institut de Radiofarmàcia Aplicada de Barcelona IRAB. Eleving Group has successfully completed the largest IPO of a privately held company in Latvia, raising €29 million to drive further growth. The offering attracted 4,515 investors, including significant demand from both Baltic and international investors. The approximate post-money market capitalization of €200 million represents a substantial contribution to the growing Baltic capital market, while the company is also to be dual-listing in Frankfurt. Also worth bringing out is Eleving Group's unique position—while many listed companies in the region are primarily exposed to local economies, only a fraction of Eleving’s business is in the Baltics. The company continues to grow across various regions globally, making this listing stand out. Reflections on WIN's Investment Journey Over the past two years, I have dedicated myself to creating a portfolio of champions for WIN's shareholders. Two years ago, I decided to share my success with those who trust me and want to invest alongside me. In other words, when I win, we all win together. And this will also be the case if we lose. We achieved tremendous success by oversubscribing WIN's IPO on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange by a staggering 2.43 times in 2022. My team (with the immense and unwavering support of WIN's Board of Directors — Ivaylo Slavov, Petar Neichev, and Georgi Hristov—special thanks to all of you) worked tirelessly, but I acknowledge that we could have been more active in our communication with investors. This omission has been recognized, and we are working diligently to correct it. Last month, we launched a clear and structured information campaign about our new investments. We held a meeting with investors, which attracted great interest with over 300 registered investors and media attendees. We also took on new commitments, which we are already fulfilling. And the result was not long in coming! Our share price increased by 30%. Our goal is not a high share price, but a strong portfolio of top impact companies and exits in the next 4-8 years. However, we have yet to prove that WIN's stock is significantly undervalued compared to our portfolio's worth. In the coming years, I believe we can comfortably aim for a fair price north of 5 leva per WIN share, tending towards 10 leva if we manage to increase our capital and add more top companies to our portfolio. For the latter, I take personal responsibility; for the share price, the market (you) is responsible. But as for what depends on WIN in terms of communication—I commit to being as regular and transparent as possible. Thank you for your trust!
