Get to know the people. Ask what they want and need. What will make life easier for them. Solve problems. Then. Ask why you want to do it. Develop your value proposition. Tell your story. Build relationships with suppliers. Understand the finances. Budget. Create superb experiences for your customers. Sell. Make some mistakes. Learn. Learn again. Sell continuously. Follow up. Adapt and innovate. Enjoy.

Put the business book down. You don’t need another new idea. You need to go implement one clear idea (one you’ve read before). Set a plan, put deadlines on the calendar, and follow through. Then, do it again. And again. Until the business starts to run the way you want it to. You already have what you need. Go get started.
