The reasons are as follows: a. An unsuitable disc is used for the vehicle. b. The clutch disc is not installed in the correct designated direction. c. In revised and/or old products with new friction material applied, the correct disc thickness is not ensured. d. Discs that are outside the nominal thickness (free disc thickness) measurements or discs with excessive flatness deformation. The Clutch Fork and fork bearings are components that transmit disengagement force and movement to the clutch release bearing. Misalignment or wear on the clutch fork will result in a loss of force/movement. Therefore, the clutch release bearing will not be able to apply enough and equal force to the release fingers. Causes: a. Excessive use of half-clutch. b. Resting the foot on the clutch pedal after shifting gears. c. Foreign substances entering the clutch system, hindering its operation. d. Using the clutch fork beyond its service life. e. Checking the clutch fork with every clutch replacement and replacing if necessary. f. The clutch fork's movement within the system should be observed to be even and loss-free. i. The fork shaft must not be bent or worn. ii. The bushings and bearing housings must not be worn. iii. The fork tip bearings must be suitable for operating conditions. Clutch pressures must sit perfectly flat on the flywheel because they operate on it. If this condition is not met, the system will lose balance and cause significant issues with the vehicle. 📌 Some pressures are centered from the outer diameter of the flywheel. This diameter must absolutely be within the specified measurements, and it should be ensured that the pressure fits correctly onto this diameter. 📌 Some pressures are centered on the flywheel with pins. Bent or improper pins will negatively affect the operation of the pressure. 📌 When tightening the pressure onto the flywheel, all bolts must be tightened evenly and alternately. 📌 It must be verified that the pressure and disc are aligned on the crankshaft and input shaft axes.
