In response to citizens and parliament demands, the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources - Egypt announced the return of the installment system for customers’ fees of the National Project of Conveying Natural Gas to Residential Units as before, by implementing the installment system without down payment or interests, through collecting the installments with the monthly consumption bill for 7 years. This contribution will be funded to the private and public delivery companies through The Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS), highlighting that any previous contracts concluded after the previous cancellation of the installment system last June, will be included in the installment system again. #Egypt #Mopmr #naturalgas_to_residentialunits

The National Oil Corporation (NOC) has announced a significant achievement! Technical teams from the Arabian Gulf Oil Company (AGOCO) have successfully restored well C-335 at the Sarir oilfield to production, adding an impressive 2,500 barrels of crude oil per day to the field's output. It's time Saudi's wake up. The biggest importer of Saudi crude oil up to the year 2000s was US. Now US doesn't import a single barrel of crude oil. Currently China is the biggest importer of Saudi crude oil. Just look at recent Chinese developments; they have installed 1,050,000 MW of wind and solar electricity projects and it's not the end, they are adding more & more of them. In China already millions of EV vehicles, EV two wheelers are on roads. Chinese import of crude will reduce drastically in coming years.

🚢 🚨 First LNG carrier heads for Red Sea-Suez route since mid-January A Dubai-owned liquefied natural gas carrier has entered the Gulf of Aden en route for the Mediterranean, in what looks set to be the first full transit of the Red Sea and Suez Canal since mid-January. Kpler data shows the Asya Energy as having been idle off the coast of Oman for several days before heading south-west towards the region around 11 June. Its destination is listed as Gibraltar. TradeWinds reported last month that the ship, then named Trader IV, had been sold by Capital Gas for around $40 million.  Dana Gas has revealed it is awaiting a USD 24 million payment from the Egyptian government, part of a total outstanding balance of USD 59 million, according to a disclosure to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange.   Egypt’s move to settle its debts to foreign oil companies coincides with its efforts to increase natural gas production, which has fallen to 4.6 billion cubic feet per day—below the level needed to meet domestic demand.

Kuwait Petroleum Corporation, a Fortune 500 Arabia company, is close to signing a long-term agreement with Qatar Energy to import one million tonnes of gas annually, with the possibility of increasing this amount, to cover the increasing needs of Kuwait's power stations, especially during summer periods, according to Al Rai newspaper in Kuwait. The newspaper said that there is an existing contract between Kuwait Petroleum Corporation and QatarEnergy to import between one and three million tonnes of gas annually, which is an escalating contract that has recently reached around 1.5 million tonnes. Kuwait Petroleum Corporation is ranked second among the companies listed on the Fortune 500 Arabia 2023 list, which includes the 500 largest companies in the Arab world and North Africa in terms of annual revenue. The Kuwaiti company's revenues amounted to KWD 32.7 billion (USD 106.6 billion) in the fiscal year ending March 31, 2022, compared to KWD 17.1 billion (USD 56.7 billion) in 2021. https://buff.ly/4cFu0Kr #Fortune500Arabia
